Additional Services:

Additional Guests: $250 for every additional 50 guests.

Travel Fee: For events beyond our 30-mile radius, a travel fee of $2 per mile (one way) will be added.

The success of a wedding relies not only upon the hosts but the team you assemble to ensure a beautiful, seamless event and happy guests. As the mother of the bride, I knew the onus was on me to pull off the biggest celebration I had ever thrown and please the bride and groom, too. It was a smashing success thanks to my two secret weapons: Stephanie and Emily. A novice where planning a wedding is concerned, I was shored up by this dynamic duo who served as capable directors for our event. They dealt with a cranky vendor, decorated tables, made sure we knew when to do this and that, addressed a couple of dress malfunctions, and (most important of all) sensed just when to place a glass of bubbly in my hands to soothe my nerves. Let me say that wedding coordination is a bear, and these two deceptively diminutive women aptly wrangled things, big and small, into submission. Having them on my side afforded me something I did not think I would have: the chance to relax and enjoy myself. Trust me: You NEED Bloom + Blossom on your team.
